Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms L. Keating.
Students will study English with a focus on UE Literacy. This course is not for the university bound student. The English assessments contribute to UE Literacy and the level 3 NCEA Certificate.
Course Overview
Term 1
Students will write in plain English.
Term 2
Students will use information literacy skills to research a topic related to English.
Term 3
Students will develop a writing portfolio.
Term 4
Students will complete the writing portfolio.
Pathway
Students will study English with a focus on UE Literacy.
